Enabling featured packages is done through few steps:

Open Page on Tebex Dashboard
Click 'Add Module to Sidebar' Button
Choose Featured Package
Select the package you want to be featured and click 'Create'

You can repeat this steps as much as you want depending on how many featured packages you want.
